Habitat for Humanity of Marion County is a charitable nonprofit (501c3) organization. Every donation will help Habitat build new, affordable homes for families who are homeless, living in overcrowded or substandard conditions or who cannot qualify for traditional lending. Habitat offers a Hand Up, not a Hand Out- helping families achieve their dream of homeownership gives them the strength and ability to thrive in their community and become model citizens. With your help, families can provide a safe and secure environent for their children and a place to call home. 

Want to become a Habitat House Sponsor? 

For an additional donation, you can becoome a Habitat House Sponsor. Your donation will be used towards the construction of a new Habitat home and YOU will be a sponsor for the Habitat home. Your name, or designee (in honor of or in memory of) will appear on the sponsorship board. You will also be invited to participate in the Wall Raising event, raise each wall component along side the family and write inspirational messages on the 2x4's that will be forever encased in the home.  Don't live close to our build, no worries just send us your message and we will write it for you which will be posted on social media. Whether you are local or live afar, you can change someones life forever - a gift that will contiue to give for the next 30+ years. Due to the recent COVID-19 pandemic our donations have declined which interrupts and delays our construction projects. Habitat for Humanity uses 100% of all donations which is used towards the construction of Habitat homes for low-income families. Everyone deserve a decent place to call home, at Habitat we are able to provide decent homes at an affordable cost which gives families the strength, stability and self-reliance to build better lives for themselves and their families.
